Building a rapport with clients, and empowering individuals with the skills they need to maintain a happy life is the most important part of effecting change. I want to help clients understand that there is a distinct connection between how we interpret the events in our life and our emotional response to those interpretations.

I am dedicated to working with individuals and families who have a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and many other problems that arise in our daily living.

My experience with running parent groups and parenting workshops is significant to work with families with children in the home. Parents can learn to set boundaries in loving ways, and learn skills which will effectively set rules and build relationships for the future.

After earning my Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Missouri-St Louis, I began working as an Adolescent Therapist at Logos School helping youth and families find success in both the academic environment, as well as at home.

I started Emotional Health Therapy in 2014, and I focus on the social, emotional and behavioral challenges you feel are impeding you, your child, or your family's growth. I provide therapeutic strategies that help identify patterns and create more successful techniques to navigate through life.

My strength-based approach allows for individuals and families to utilize strengths to alter poor communication habits, negative and judgmental thoughts and face challenges with greater ease. It is my hope that clients leave therapy with the ability to manage their lives so they may feel secure and confident in their daily lives.
