Policies and Rates

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments will last for fifty (50) minutes. You will always receive the full time allotted unless you are late for the appointment. When appointments are made, I will make an entry in my calendar and ask you to do the same. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in a charge for the missed appointment.

PAYMENT

One 50-minute session is $215. Payment is due at the beginning of your appointment. CC or check are the payment forms accepted. I do not process or submit or "accept" insurance, however, paperwork to submit out-of-network claims will be provided upon request.
